Early Withdrawal:
You are enrolling your child for the entire school year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of students creates an opening which SOFCA may not be able to fill with a viable candidate. Students who withdraw any time between July 1st and April 30th will be assessed a Withdrawal Fee. Official transcripts, report cards, and records cannot be released or sent to other schools with any outstanding balance remaining at SOFCA. The withdrawal fees are as follows: 20% plus one month’s tuition for Annual Payees; 10% plus one month’s tuition for Semi-Annual Payees; one month’s tuition for Monthly Payees. All Fees paid to SOFCA are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
