1) Seeds of Faith Christian Academy (SOFCA) fees
All application, registration, enrollment, and tuition payments made to Seeds of Faith Christian Academy (SOFCA) are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by SOFCA.

Tuition and other school-related fees: Terms are provided at the time of enrollment and may include additional policies specific to the school year.

2) Church giving and donations
Contributions given to Seeds of Faith Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. (including tithes, offerings, and designated funds) are treated as donations and are generally non-refundable. If a contribution was made in error (the wrong amount or a duplicate transaction), please contact us promptly so we can review the request.
3) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work quickly to help resolve any issues.
